Genaro brings nearly 40 years of dental experience and is proud to be part of the team supporting Dr. Maarouf as the practice begins an exciting new chapter. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to providing exceptional patient care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident during every visit.He began his dental assisting career in Moscow, Russia, working alongside Dr. Robert Schroering, an American oral surgeon who founded the first American dental clinic in Moscow. During four years there, Genaro gained extensive experience in oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry.

After relocating to the United States, Genaro continued working with Dr. Schroering in Louisville, Kentucky before moving to Maryland, where he joined the practice of Dr. Alan Levine, a respected periodontist. Over more than two decades, he refined his clinical skills while building trusted relationships with generations of patients. He later continued caring for patients alongside Dr. Savramis, helping provide the consistent, personalized care the practice has long been known for.

Today, Genaro is excited to support Dr. Maarouf as the new owner of the practice. His extensive experience, clinical knowledge, and compassionate approach help ensure patients continue to receive outstanding care while benefiting from Dr. Maarouf's vision for the future. Genaro is dedicated to making every visit a positive experience and helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and at ease.

Genaro is fluent in English, Tagalog (Filipino), and Russian, and also speaks some Spanish. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Carrie, and is especially proud of their son, Ryan. Their family also includes a beloved dog, Amber.
